1 - Users Section.
- Your Accounts are inalienable, whether to the individual or third parties.
- Products that have been purchased can’t be refunded for any reason (except for duplicated payments). We are unable to keep track of installation, uninstallation, delete or remove Products on customer’s PCs and therefore we cannot issue a refund once product key has been sent and/or the software has been downloaded.
- Products sold on Our website is provided by Publishers that own/maker/developer those Product.
- OneSim Store - Product Installer is our Service and if you have any problems in using it please contact us.
- You are entitled to give Product Review that we have provided after you purchase the product or download the product and please give review regarding the product. If the product is using OneSim Store - Product Installer and you have comments regarding it you can contact us and not entitled to comment it at Product Review as it itended for Product.
- We are not responsible if there’s any failure outside the scope of our Service in the Products that you purchased. If you have any problem with the product, please contact the Publishers that sell the Product.
- All Products that sold in our platforms are only used for individual only. For commercial use, please contact the Publishers that sold the Products.
2 - Publishers Section.
- Publisher are responsible for their own Products if there any problems occur with their Product and must provide support contact for their customer.
- Our website designed to be self-managed. You could manage your Products instantly via our website. If you have any problems or difficulties in using it, you could contact us.
- Sales Period opens and ends using GMT+7 time.
- Payout will be made at the end of the month in each Sales Period to bank account that you provided.
- Payout will be grouped by sales currency and using payment processor exchange rates.
- Changes to commission fees will be contacted via e-mail and will wait for your agreement. If you decide to disagree, you can take steps regarding your Products on our market.
- Any changes to your payout bank account will be notified via email.
- If there changes to Terms of Conditions in this section it will be notified via email.
- Misuse of our services such as selling products that are not relevant such as pornography, violence, hatred speech and other negative actions will lead your account to disabled and Products will be deleted.
